Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair inspector Justin Edwards met with Ruth to go over the crawl space of the home. Justin found that even though the crawl space had an old vapor barrier installed the crawl space was not sealed that was causing problems with high humidity and standing water on one side of the home. We installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System using the 20 mil CleanSpace Liner, CleanSpace Drainage Matting along with SilverGlo, SaniDry Sedona and a SmartSump Sump Pump System. Our design specialist Justin P., went to the home and inspected the crawlspace. After the inspection, Justin spoke with Lee on what he proposed would best help make his home a safe and healthy environment. Without hesitation Lee was on board and ready to move forward and get the project completed.

The SEFR crew led by EJ, started by removing any debris and falling insulation. Next, they sealed the vents and installed 10 mil Cleanspace Liner, EZ Flow, SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier, Smart Sump Pump, Batting Insulation, Discharge Line, and LawnScape Outlet .

Bryan had a high moisture issues and nasty crawl space in his home in Parkton, NC. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair was able to remedy the issue by installing the CleanSpace Encapsulation System. By sealing off the crawl space from the outside earth, and installing a dehumidifier and sump sump we are able to protect the crawl space from high moisture levels and humidity.

Carolyn contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair concerned with standing water in the crawl space that had caused the pier to settle. By the settling of the piers, the floors of the home had started to drop and become bouncy. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Justin P met with Carolyn to go over the crawl space and to find the best solution for the standing water and the settling piers. 

Justin found that the best solution would be to install the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System to address the standing water in the crawl space and the Smart Jack Stabilization System to address the settling piers and the raise the floors back level. 

Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair crew let by Pedro installed first the Smart Jack Stabilization System. Next, they cleaned the crawl space from any debris and installed the Silverglo Insulation Panels on the foundation wall. They then installed the CleanSpace Liner, along with the Sedona Dehumidifier and the Smart Sump System to keep the crawl space free of moisture.
