Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

Derrick had falling insulation in his crawl space. After doing some research, he found that the falling insulation was due to high moisture levels. He felt the best solution would be to contact Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair to have them at least install a vapor barrier. After meeting with Christopher Reeves, Christopher checked out the crawl space, and worked with the homeowner to find the best solution for his falling insulation. After deciding on the best way to move forward, our crew installed the CleanSpace Encapsulation System. By sealing off the crawl space with the CleanSpace Liner, insulating the crawl space with the SilverGlo Insulation Panels, and installing a Dehumidifier, we were able to protect Derrick's home from any further moisture damage.

Unlike traditional insulation, SilverGlo insulation is made of rigid foam that does not absorb moisture or support mold growth, nor will it allow infiltration of air. This makes it ideal for crawlspace walls. CleanSpace vapor barrier was installed throughout the crawl space interior walls and floor. This vapor barrier is designed to permanently prevent moisture, outside air and pests from getting into your crawl space

One of our design specialists, Patrick went out and inspected the crawl space and foundation. SEFR scheduled for one of our design specialists, Justin E., to go out and inspect the home. After the inspection Justin met with Duane to go over what he found and proposed, which is to have the crawlspace encapsulated to help keep it dry and clean.
