Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

David contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair concerned about moisture problems within the crawl space of his home in Lumberton, NC. 

Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Justin Edwards met with David to go over the crawl space, find out his concerns and the goals that he has for his crawl space.

Our crew installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. By installing the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System we are able to reduce the moisture and humidity content within the crawl space along with reducing the cost of the HVAC system by making the crawl space a more efficient part of the home.

Donnie contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair after seeing our commercial on WECT TV with concerns of water in the crawlspace at his home in Lumberton, NC.

SEFR scheduled for one of our design specialists, Todd, to go out and inspect the home. Upon the inspection, Todd met with Donnie to go over what he proposed would be the best solution for his home.  This customer lives close by the river and it floods the crawlspace. 

Our crew led by Austin H., installed 10 Mil and 20Mil Liner, Wrap Piers, EZ Flow, Smart Sump Pump, Discharge Line, and LawnScape Outlet. This will help keep the crawlspace dry.
