During Hurricane Matthew Kathleen experience a crawl space underwater 4 feet. She had no idea how to get the water out and how to fix the issues that the storm brought. Dan contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair after his termite company informed him that he had standing water along with a moisture problem under his home in Fayetteville, NC.

Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Justin Edwards met with Dan to go over the crawl space to find the best possible solution to fix his standing water issue.

Justin found that Dan's issues were coming from open vents and ground seeping issues that were causing moisture problems within the home's crawl space. The best solution would be to seal off the crawl space with the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System.
