By installing the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System we are able to seal out normal crawl space moisture that causes problems such as wood rot along with lower the relative humidity under 55% preventing the growth of mold and mildew.

Chris found that water was entering the crawl space from the foundation walls and the best solution would be to install the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. 

By installing the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System we are able to seal the crawl space from the water intrusion by enclosing the crawl space with the 20 mil CleanSpace Liner that seals the crawl space from the water.
