Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

Edna contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair about the crawlspace at her home in Fayetteville, NC.

Todd, one of our design specialists, inspected the crawlspace. Upon the inspection, Todd proposed that having a partial encapsulation would be exactly what she needs. Edna could hardly wait to get the project on the go.

Our crew led by Ronald, first started by sealing the vents. Next they installed the 10 mil CleanSpace Liner, SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier, and Condensate Pump.

Kevin called Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair concerned about high moisture levels in the crawl space of the home. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair was able to assist Kevin with repairing his crawl space by installing the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. The CleanSpace Encapsulation System is designed to eliminate the damp environment that harbors in the crawl space of the home. By installing the Encapsulation System we were able to reverse the unhealthy and destructive area that mold and and airborne spores can thrive.

Kenny called Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair about the high moisture levels in his home. One of our wonderful inspector Graham Moore met with Kenny to go over the crawl space. Our crew led by Ricky Warren installed our CleanSpace System using our 10 mil liner, SilverGlo, SmartSump and a SaniDry CX Dehumidifier.  Dennis contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair concerned about moisture issues within the crawl space of the home along with wanting new insulation installed. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Justin E. met with Dennis to go over the crawl space of the home in Hope Mills, NC. Justin found that most of the issues that Dennis was experiencing was due to water vapor entering the crawl space from the earth's ground and the best solution would be to encapsulate the crawl space with the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. We also removed the old insulation and installing the SilverGlo Insulation Panels on the foundation walls. Dennis is thrilled with the work that Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair did to protect his American Dream. 

Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair replaced an old ugly door in exchange for a Turtl in Hope Mills, NC. The Turtl makes it easier to access the crawl space.
