Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

Bryan contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair with concerns that his foundation may have sunken, sticking doors and unlevel floors in Hope Mills, NC.

We scheduled for one of our design specialists, Patrick, to go out and do an inspection of the home. Upon the inspection, he found high moisture readings and what was causing the uneven floors. Patrick proposed to encapsulate the crawl space and to use smart jacks to stable the floors.

Our crew led by Ronald, first installed the Smart Jack System. Then they finished by installing the CleanSpace Encapsulation System.

One of our design specialists, Mr. Justin went out to inspect the crawl space and give him a proposal. After the inspection, Justin met with Keith to go over what he proposed as the best solution for the crawl space, which is to have the CleanSpace Encapsulation System.

Our crew led by EJ, went in and installed the CleanSpace Drainage Matting and 20 mil Liner, SilverGlo and Rim Joist Insulation, Wrap Piers, Seal Vents, Sani Dry Sedona Dehumidifier, Smart Sump Pump, Lawnscape Outlet and Discharge Line to prevent standing water and control the moisture.
