Janis contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair after being refereed because the floors were off in the den and hallway along with interior cracks and gaps in the hallways. We were able to help Janis with her home by installing the SmartJack Stabilization System. With the SmartJack System we are able to lift the home back to the original level fixing the problems of the sagging floors in the hallway and den. Betty contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair after her termite company told her that she had the beginning signs of wood rot in the crawl space. They offered to do a simple vapor barrier system for extremely cheap and she was uncomfortable to have someone not specialize in crawl space repair doing the work. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Maurice met with Betty to go over the crawl space to find the best solution for her problem. 

Maurice found that the crawl space issues weere being caused by excessive moisture coming from the earth's ground, and the best solution would be to encapsulate the crawl space with the 20 mil CleanSpace Liner along with the CleanSpace Drainage Matting and a Smart Sump Sump Pump System. The crew also installed 8 Smart Jacks and a steel beam to stabilize the parts of the crawl space that the wood was damaged to stabilize the floor.
