Betty contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair after having a termite inspection that had indicated that she had the first signs of wood rot and that they high moisture issues needed to be addressed to stop the wood from rotting any further and to protect the wood that had not been effected yet. Dawn contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair about a home she is remodeling. The floors are sagging and separating, and the crawlspace is soaked at her home in Ocean Isle Beach, NC.

Maurice, a design specialist for SEFR, inspected the home. After the inspection, Maurice met with Dawn to go over what he found. There was high moisture levels, mold and a lot of wood rot. Maurice proposed to have SmartJacks installed to stabilize the floors and to encapsulate the crawl space to keep it dry and rid of moisture and mold.

Harold contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair concerned about a high moisture level in the crawl space of his home along with the showing signs of mold growth.
