Gary contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair concerning moisture issues along with sagging floors at his home in Princeton, NC.

Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Christopher Reeves met with Gary to go over the crawl space and to find the best solution for this home. 

Our crew installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System along with the Smart Jack Stabilization System. First, by installing the Smart Jack System we are able to stabilize and lift the home back to its original state and by using the CleanSpace System we are able to keep moisture out of the organic wood that caused the floors to sag.

Janis contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair after being refereed because the floors were off in the den and hallway along with interior cracks and gaps in the hallways. We were able to help Janis with her home by installing the SmartJack Stabilization System. With the SmartJack System we are able to lift the home back to the original level fixing the problems of the sagging floors in the hallway and den.
