Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

Dave contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair concerned about his damp crawl space in Oak Island, NC. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Patrick Hannigan met with Dave to go over the crawl space and find the best solution.

Patrick found that the crawl space had a chronic moisture problem since the home sat near the ocean at Oak Island, NC and that the best solution would be to seal the crawl space from the earth's ground. 

Our crew lead by Larry Eldridge installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. By sealing off the crawl space we are able to prevent problems associated with moisture such as mold and mildew. 

Dave is happy that he called Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair, now he has a clean and dry crawl space.

Cathy contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair concerned with hanging insulation in the crawl space of her home in Oak Island, NC. Since Florence she had noticed that the insulation had started to fall and excessive water issues.

SEFR scheduled one of our design specialist, Maurice to go out and do an inspection . Upon inspection Maurice found that there was excessive water & falling insulation. After speaking with Cathy showing her the condition of her crawl space, Maurice proposed a full encapsulation with drainage matting for the excessive water issue to help protect her home.

Our crew led by Jose, removed the old hanging insulation and sealed the crawl space with the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System.

Cathy is happy with the work that SEFR done to protect her home in the future.

Cathy contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawlspace Repair worried about her crawlspaces' high moisture level and debris. 

SEFR scheduled our designed specialist, Maurice, to go out and inspect the home.  After the inspection, Maurice met with Cathy to propose a Crawlspace Cleanspace Encapsulation Systems.   

Our crew, led by Jose, cleaned all of the debris and installed the Cleanspace Encapsulation to help with moisture levels and prevent mold in the future.

Sandra called Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair as she was a new owner of a nice home and worried about high moisture level in her Crawl Space. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair's owner Chris Hunter met with Sandra to go over the crawl space and to see what Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair could do to help her. Chris Hunter explained the importance of keeping the right about of humidity in the crawl space and what would be done to combat the moisture levels of NC. Sandra had a encapsulation which included our 10 mil liner, a SaniDry CX and a EverLast Door for the Crawl Space. Sandra is happy with the results that Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space provided to her.
