Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

Mr. Tan contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair concerned about high moisture levels in the crawl space of his home due to hanging insulation at his home in Leland, NC. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Maurice met with Mr. Tan to go over to crawl space to find the best solution to fix his issues. Maurice found that the best solution would be to install the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. By sealing the crawl space with the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System we are able to seal the crawl space from moisture entering the home from the earth's ground. Michael contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair concerned with moisture issues within the crawl space of his home in Southport, NC.

We scheduled for one of our design specialist, Brannon  to go out and do an inspection. After the inspection, Brannon met with Michael to discuss what he found and what would be the best solution for his crawl space. Brannon proposed for Michael to have an encapsulation done.

By installing the Clean Space Crawl Space Encapsulation System we are able to control the moisture from entering the crawl space from around the foundation walls and the ground.

Joe contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair having concernes about the vapor barrier that was installed in the crawl space of the home. We where able to replace the vapor barrier with our CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System getting rid of the clear 6 mil liner and replacing it with our CleanSpace Liner.

Richard contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair because he had an awful mold smell coming from the crawl space along with mold growth on the inside of the home. Richard wanted the best solution to fix the crawl space of his home. Southeast Foundation inspector RJ Bailey met with Richard to go over the crawl space of the home. RJ found that Richard's problem was coming from the crawl space and was due to high humidity in which mold and mildew could thrive. Our crew installed the CleanSpace Encapsulation System. By installing the CleanSpace Encapsulation System we are able to lower the humidity in the crawl space by sealing off the area from the earth's ground, sealing the area off from outside influences like water and air and adding a dehumidifier to lower the humidity. Richard is happy that he contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair for his repairs.
