Bonnie contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair with concerns of moisture and possible subfloor issues at her home in Holly Ridge, NC.
One of our design specialists, Jeremie, went and inspected the home. After the inspection, Jeremie met with Bonnie to go over what he proposed would be the best solution for her home. She loved everything that Jeremie had shown her in the proposal and was ready to get the project started.
Crew led by Kevin T., started by removing the debris and insulation and did the Mold X Remediation. Next they installed the Clean Space Crawl Space Encapsulation System.
Bonnie was very pleased with the work SEFR did to help protect her American Dream.
With the wet and musty insulation safely removed and disposed of, we encapsulated the crawl space with CleanSpace vapor barrier, drainage matting, SilverGlo wall insulation, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier.
Our team installed CleanSpace vapor barrier to encapsulate a customer's damp and musty crawl space by first cleaning and leveling the area. We then laid down the CleanSpace liner, which is a thick, durable plastic membrane, across the crawl space floor and up the walls. The liner acts as a barrier to prevent moisture from entering the crawl space, effectively reducing humidity levels and preventing mold growth.
Our crew was able to help this Hubert, NC homeowner transform their wet, moldy crawl space into a dry clean CleanSpace.
This home in Hubert, NC had a homemade sump pump system installed. When Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair did a full CleanSpace Encapsulation System we removed the homemade sump pump and replaced it with a SuperSump and a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier.
