Jeremie, one of our design specialists, inspected the crawl space and proposed having mold remediation and to encapsulate would be the best solution for the home.
Our crew led by Pedro, first started by doing the mold remediation using Mold X. Next they installed the CleanSpace Encapsulation System, by sealing vents, 10 Mil Liner, wrap piers, SandiDry Sedona Dehumidifier, and Condensate Pump.

This customer in Wilmington, NC had an old crawl space door that was made of wood. Over the years the wood had started to soften causing the wood to start to break down and rotten. After our crew installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System to the crawl space of the home, they installed a new door made of PVC board. By having a door made of PVC the homeowner never has to worry about it breaking down from the elements.
