A foundation settlement issue led to vertical cracks in the home's interior and exterior foundation walls. An effective solution is to install foundation piers. You can brace your foundation helical piers, which are heavy-duty anchors that screw into your walls and floors. These big screws hold your foundation in place and provide counter-pressure against the soil.
The concrete slab had sunk about an inch. We injected PolyLevel foam to lift and stabilize quickly and effectively.
