Foundation Repair Before & After Photos

This homeowner contacted our office to install our foundation pier system to ensure the construction for their pool installation was permanently stabilized and secure. 

Dan saw Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair at the Wilmington Home Show! He had been experiencing some sagging floors and noticed that Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair might be able to help. Our inspector Maurice Robinson met with Dan to go over the issues he was experiencing to find the best solution to the problem. Maurice found that Dan's problems were coming from a moisture issue in the crawl space that had caused the wood to soften. Our crew installed the CleanSpace Encapsulation System to keep moisture out of the crawl space along with the Smart Jack System to stabilize and raise the floors back level. Due to high moisture levels, the support beam in this crawl space was weakened. Because of the weak beam, the floors above were not adequately stabilized. Our solution to this problem was to install a steel supplemental beam and SmartJack support posts. As a result, the floor was lifted and leveled and permanently stabilized. This ensured the safety of the building, leaving it stronger and more secure than before.

These sidewalks were cracked with sections sinking.  We lifted the sinking sections with PolyLevel and filled the cracks with NexusPro for a much better walking surface.

We used PolyLevel to fix a sunken concrete slab for a homeowner. PolyLevel is a high-density foam that lifts and stabilizes concrete. It’s injected under the slab, where it expands to fill gaps and bring it back to its original level. It’s lightweight, durable, and cures fast, making it a great option for repairing uneven or damaged concrete.
