Foundation Repair Before & After Photos

The concrete slab had sunk about an inch. We injected PolyLevel foam to lift and stabilize quickly and effectively. 

This customer had foundation problems causing the walls on the inside of the house to crack. With our push pier system we where able to fix the cracks and get them to almost disappear without breaking a sweat. 

Van contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair after doing research on the best solution to fix the sagging floors of his home. Our home inspector Justin Edwards met with Van and found that we could help Van with his problem with our Smart Jack System. SEFR crew leader Anthony Futrell and team was able to fix Vans home is a matter of hours. Van is overjoyed with the outcome that we did to fix his home.

Parker contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair with concerns about a small dip in his floor between the kitchen and laundry room at his home in Trenton, NC

SEFR scheduled for one of our design specialist, Andy to go out and do an inspection of the floors and crawl space. After speaking with Parker and showing him what was found during the inspection, Andy proposed Smart Jacks to stabilize the floors and CleanSpace Liner to control the moisture as the best solution for his home.

Our crew lead by EJ, went in and installed the Smart Jacks in there proper place and put down the CleanSpace Liner.
