Herman contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair about uneven floors at his home in Piney Green, NC.

We scheduled for one of our design specialists, Ben to go out and inspect the home. Upon the inspection, Ben met with Herman to go over what he proposed would be the best solution with the section of the main beam rotten, would be to have smart jacks, joist assist brackets, and a steel beam.

Our crew led by Pedro, went in and installed the Steel beam, Smart Jacks System and Joist Assist Brackets to stabilize the uneven floors.

To stabilize and lift the foundation back to its original position, helical piers were installed. Helical piers can also be used to close cracks caused by settlement, as well as to improve door and window operation.

An expert from our System Design Team assessed the situation and provided a permanent solution to fix the problem. In order to ensure the house was on solid ground, our crew installed foundation piers for permanent stabilization of the foundation.
