This home was sinking due to foundation settlement. To permanently stabilize the home and prevent further sinking, we installed our Foundation Push Pier System. Once home is stabilized, the crew backfills the pier locations for a clean, level finish. 

Foundation settlement was evident by cracks in the exterior foundation wall and a sloping floor. With SmartJack Support Posts and a steel supplemental beam, we lifted, leveled, and stabilized the foundation. 

We installed our SmartJack Support System in this crawl space of a customer to lift and level the floor that had sunk into the ground due to inadequate support. With the SmartJacks in place, the floor is leveled and the home is secure!

The SmartJack system addresses issues such as uneven floors, sagging beams, and weakened support by using steel posts and a high-strength footing to counteract settling or shifting in the crawl space. This ensures improved stability, restores the floor to its proper level, and prevents further structural damage.
