Our customer had previous work done to their home that did not fix their issue so they called Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair and we where able to fix their home the right way with our Smart Jack System.

To permanently restore and stabilize this customers settling slab foundation, we installed our Slab Pier System. 

Foundation piers can solve settlement problems by transferring a structure's weight to strong, competent supporting soils at greater depth.

Marilyn contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair after have issues with her home of sagging floors and cracks on the interior of the home. We where able to fix the issues of the home with our SmartJack Piering System.
