A SmartJack crawl space support post enables the floor above the crawl space to be raised and stabilized. 

This home fell victim to foundation settlement. To permanently lift, level, and stabilize the structure, we installed out Foundation Push Pier System. 

As a result of damage to the crawl space supports, the floor above began to sag. The floor above was stabilized and leveled by installing a steel supplemental beam and SmartJack support posts. The steel beam was placed in the crawl space and was bolted to the existing floor joists to help support them. The SmartJack support posts were then attached to the steel beam and adjusted to stabilize and level the floor above.

This home was sinking due to foundation settlement. To permanently stabilize the home and prevent further sinking, we installed our Foundation Push Pier System. Once home is stabilized, the crew backfills the pier locations for a clean, level finish. 

Foundation settlement was evident by cracks in the exterior foundation wall and a sloping floor. With SmartJack Support Posts and a steel supplemental beam, we lifted, leveled, and stabilized the foundation.
