This customer's foundation sank due to soil settlement. We installed foundation push piers around the foundation to transfer the weight of the structure to more solid ground and stabilize it permanently. 

Moisture in this crawl space caused the support columns to lose stability, causing the floor above to sag. With the help of SmartJack Support Posts, we were able to lift the floor to a level position and solve this problem.

Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Justin P. met with Andrew to go over the home to find out the best solution. Justin found that the dip in the floor was due to moisture in the crawl space which had weakened the wood allowing it to dip and drop.
