Foundation Repair Before & After Photos

Ezra contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair, she had a company previously fix her home of sagging floor but was still experiencing problems with the floors sagging. The previous contact tried to stabilize the floors just using a deck block and a piece of wood standing up. We removed the wood and deck block and replaced them with our adjustable, galvanized coating SmartJack System. Ezra is happy to finally have the floors in her home level thanks to Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair.

Teresa called Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair because the bricks around her home were starting the crack and she wanted to know if there was an underlining cause. Southeast Foundation's inspector Justin Edwards met with Teresa to go over her home. Justin found that the bricks on her home were cracking due to the home settlement and that the best solution would be to stabilize the foundation with the Push Pier System. Our crew installed the Push Pier System stabilizing the foundation and was able to lift the home back to its original position. In this customer's crawl space, we provided permanent stabilization and prevented future support loss by installing a steel supplemental beam and SmartJack Support Posts. 

Due to settlement issues, this customer's home was stabilized and stair step cracks were closed with helical foundation piers. The piers were positioned and driven into the ground to provide a solid foundation for the home. The piers were connected to steel brackets and joists to stabilize the structure and prevent future settlement.
